Daycare centers, churches, school groups, and many other organizations will find an outing at Cinema Cafe a unique and enjoyable experience, as well as affordable!

Our packages are only available for current and upcoming movies.
We are not able to bring in special request films outside of our regular schedule.
We can work with your group to make your event one that will long be remembered.

Cinema Cafe strives to bring you the best movie viewing experience, so impress your guests with a private theater and a premiere movie of your choice. Private Screenings are only available for current movie releases.
Booking a Private Screening requires purchasing all available seats in an auditorium. Pricing is based on the day of the week, time of day, location, and auditorium size. Whenever possible, we will place you in an auditorium closest to your group size, but that is not guaranteed.
Weekends can get a little busy, so for the most attentive experience, we highly recommend morning showtimes (starting around 10:30am) for easy-going Private Screening events.
A Food & Beverage minimum purchase (day-of) is also required:

Only schools, camps, and daycare centers are eligible for the Field Trip Packages.
This package is available at select locations Mon-Thu for a 10:30am showtime only, excluding holidays. We cannot book for new movies in their first week of release. Prices are per person, before tax.
Package Prices Consist of:
- Admission Fee* + $4.99 – Box of Popcorn, Kids Soft Drink
- Admission Fee* + $6.29 – Box of Popcorn, Kids Soft Drink, & 1 Slice of Cheese Pizza
*Admission Fee varies by location, but will be Child Admission or Matinee Admission, whichever is lower.
ImmersiveX Movies (at Chester & Edinburgh locations only) are subject to a $2.00 up-charge on admission.
There is a minimum headcount required to book at the field trip package:
- While public school is IN-session: 40 or more people
- While public school is NOT in-session (e.g. Summer Break): 25 or more people
All Cinema Cafe locations feature reserved seating, so please be aware that seating is assigned. Once seats are reserved for your group, it can be difficult to add seats if the show is also open to the public (especially in the summer); therefore an accurate headcount, including chaperones, is important. The theater is dismissed directly after the movie to prepare for the next show coming in.
The Parties Office receives movie schedules on Wednesday for the "movie week" starting that Friday. "Movie weeks" run Friday to Thursday. We cannot guarantee movie selections and showtime before that time; and we cannot guarantee G/PG movies, though we try to keep something family-friendly on the schedule as much as is possible.
Due to tight schedules with reserved seating and digital projection, the movie will be scheduled to start at the advertised start-time and cannot be postponed for late arrival.
When reserving this package for your group, the full menu is not available.
The party package is invoiced and paid the week before your movie, to reserve the seats for your group; these fees are non-refundable. Payment by cash or credit card is accepted; no personal checks are accepted and Cinema Cafe does not invoice after the party.
Though we do not offer birthday party packages, we do have some suggestions to help you have a successful birthday celebration at any of our locations! You can enjoy the flexibility of being able to watch any movie, any time, any day, with no package needed.

Choose your location, pick your movie and the time you would like to visit. Movie showtimes are updated every Wednesday for the upcoming week (Friday to Thursday).
Pre-Purchase Your Tickets
Depending on the size of your party, and the popularity of your movie, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance (online or in person) to ensure admittance for everyone in your group. All of our locations feature reserved seating, so you can pick your favorite seats ahead of time!

You are also welcome to bring your own birthday cake since we do not offer cake on the menu.
Arrive Early
We recommend aiming to be at the theater 30 minutes before showtime. Each location tries to open the theater for seating 30 minutes before showtime, give or take a few minutes depending on the schedule and crowd.
Early arrival also gives you the most possible time to celebrate before the movie. We ask that you present your cake, trophies, etc before the movie starts, not after. The theater is dismissed promptly after the movie ends, so please plan to have any "celebration time" wrapped up before the movie starts, including presents, cake presentation, and birthday song. If you'd like, the server can hold your cake and bring it out during the show, after you have eaten your meal.
